摘　　要：目的:通过对非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)伴慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)患者的分析,探讨NAFLD与CP之间的联系。方法:收集30例CP伴有NAFLD患者作为NAFLD组;30例CP不伴有NAFLD患者作为CP组,20例健康志愿者作为对照组。检测身高、体重、体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)等生理指标。镜检各组前列腺液卵磷脂小体密度和白细胞计数;用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测前列腺液中炎症因子IL-6和IL-8。结果:NAFLD组患者CP发病严重程度明显高于CP组,其前列腺液中IL-6和IL-8的分泌明显高于CP组。结论:炎症因子IL-6和IL-8水平异常与NAFLD伴CP密切相关,及早重视男性NAFLD的发病,对于防治CP有重要意义。Ohjective,.To investigate the relationship hetween non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） and chronic prostatitis （CP）. Method：Thirty CP patients combined with NAFLD were recruited as NAFLD group, and another 30 CP patients without NAFLD were recruited as CP group. At the same time, 20 healthy male volunteers were chosen as control group. All subjects underwent relevant questionnaire and clinical exam. The age, weight, body mass index （BMI）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- C）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT） were collected, analyzed and compared among them. Microscopy was performed to analyze lecithin density and leucocyte count. IL-6 and IL- 8 release level in the prostatic fluid were measured with EI.ISA （enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay） kits. Result= Compared with CP group, NAFI.D group suffered more seriously from CP, and higher II.-6 and IL-8 release level were found. Conclusion：Abnormal level of IL-6 and IL-8 closely relates to NAFLD combined with CP. Paying attention to NAFLD plays an important role in prevention and treatment of CP.
