传染性单核细胞增多症患儿外周血IRF-3和Rta表达水平及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)患儿外周血干扰素调节因子3(IRF-3)和EB病毒复制转录激活子(Rta)表达水平及其相关性。方法采用RT-PCR法检测IM患儿(A组,12例)和健康对照儿童(C组,12例)外周血IRF-3和Rta mRNA表达水平,分析A组IRF-3和Rta mRNA表达的相关性。结果 A组患儿外周血IRF-3mRNA表达水平低于C组,而Rta mRNA表达水平高于C组(P<0.01)。A组IRF-3与Rta mRNA表达呈负相关(r=-0.60,P<0.05)。结论 Rta mRNA可能参与EB病毒下调IM患儿IRF-3基因表达的过程。Objective To explore the expressions and correlation of interferon regulatory factor 3（IRF-3） and replication transcription activator （Rta） genes in peripheral blood of children with infectious mononucleosis（IM）. Methods The expressions of IRF-3 and Rta mRNA in peripheral blood were detected by RT-PCR in children with IM（group A, 12 cases） and healthy children （group C, 12 cases）. The correlation of IRF-3 and Rta expressions in group A was analyzed. Results Compared with group C, the expression level of IRF-3 mRNA was lower, but that of Rta mRNA was higher in group A （P〈0. 01）o IRF-3 expression in group A was negatively correlated to Rta expression（r=-0.60,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Rta may be involved in the down-regulation of IRF-3 expression in IM children.
