摘　　要：目的探讨醋酸钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液对直肠癌手术患者术中血气和电解质的影响。方法全身麻醉下行直肠癌手术患者60例,随机均分为A组(输入醋酸钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液)和L组(输入复方乳酸钠注射液),两组胶体液均输入羟乙基淀粉130/0.4氯化钠注射液。观察麻醉诱导前(T0)、诱导后1h(T1)、2h(T2)、3h(T3)和4h(T4)时的血乳酸、碱剩余值及电解质浓度的变化。结果与T0时相比,两组T1-T4时碱剩余值均降低,血乳酸均升高,且L组变化较A组更明显(P<0.05)。T1-T4时A组血Mg2+浓度较L组升高(P<0.05)。结论术中输注醋酸钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液有利于维持直肠癌手术患者酸碱和电解质平衡的稳定。Objective To investigate the effects of acetate sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection on arterial blood gas and electrolytes in the patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery. Methods Sixty patients undergoing rectal cancer operation under general anesthesia were equally and randomly divided into 2 groups of A（infusion of acetate sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection） and L（infusion of sodium lactate Ringer＇s injection）. Hydroxyethyl starch 130/0. 4 and sodium chloride injection were infused in both groups during operation. The blood lactate and base excess （BE） value and electrolytes concentration were detected before（T0） and at 1 h（Tl）, 2 h（T2）, 3 h（T3） and 4 h（T4） after anesthesia induction. Results Compared with TO, BE value was decreased and blood lactate was increased at T1 to T4 in two groups, which in group L was more obvious than that in group A（P〈0. 05 ）. Blood Mg2＋ concentra- tions were higher in group A than those in group L at T1 to T4（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Intraoperative infusion of acetate sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection is beneficial to keeping acid-base and electrolytes balance in the patients undergoing rectal cancer operation.
