摘 要:分别对三组不同厚度的5052铝合金板连接成的自冲铆接头进行了拉伸-剪切试验,研究了基板厚度对自冲铆单搭接头静力学性能的影响,并运用扫描电子显微镜对接头断口进行了微观分析,研究其静态失效机理。结果表明:对于5052铝合金自冲铆单搭接接头,基板厚度的增加有助于提高接头的各项力学性能。从失效模式来看,自冲铆基板厚度对接头的宏观失效模式没有影响,但对接头的破坏程度有影响。从失效机理来看,各接头基板均呈现出明显的韧性断裂特征。Tensile-shear tests of self-piercing riveted (SPR)joints of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet with three groups of different thicknesses were done. The influence of basal sheet thickness on static mechanical properties of the SPR single lap joint was studied. The micro-analysis of the fracture in the joint was carried out by adopting scanning electron microscope. The static failure mechanism was studied. The results show that for the SPR single lap joint of 5052 aluminum alloy, increasing the basal sheet thickness helps to improve the mechanical properties of the joints. From the view of failure mode, the SPR basal sheet thickness has almost no influence on the macroscopic failure mode, but it has influence on destroying degree for the joints. From the view of the failure mechanism, the joint basal sheets have obvious ductile fracture characteristics.
