摘  要:阴极辊作为电解铜箔的核心设备,其关键技术是表面钛筒套的制造方法。"旋压"和"焊接"工艺是其目前主要的制造方法,但两者各有利弊。近年来,焊接成型工艺被认为是钛阴极辊的最终主流制造方式而受到前所未有的重视。本文针对钛焊接阴极辊在生产及使用过程出现的"光斑"或"亮带"等问题,从制造阴极辊的基材、焊接区域及阴极辊整体后处理等三个方面进行试验和分析,提出有效解决方法,最终得到了晶粒度等级较为一致的焊接阴极辊表面组织形貌。As a core facility of the electrolytic copper foil, the key technology of the cathode drum focuses on the surface of titanium sleeve. "Spinning" and "welding" both have their advantages and disadvantages as the main two general manufacture methods. In recent years, the welding technology is considered as the most suitable way to get titanium cathode drum, which has been paid much more unprecedented attentions in conventional electrodeposited methodology. Aiming at problem of "light mark" and "bright shadow" on the metal foil during the welded zone and even the whole surface of the cathode drum, from the three aspects of making the cathode roller base material, welding area and cathode roller overall test and analysis, the effective solutions were put forward, finally, the morphology of titanium welded cathode drum with relatively consistent grain size was obtained.
