摘  要:分析了中型铸钢支座熔模精密铸造工艺难点,并提出了相应解决措施。试生产结果表明:通过明、暗冒口相结合进行补缩,采用硬铝合金作压型材料,制壳时涂料和捆绑细铁丝相结合,熔炼时采用综合脱氧工艺等措施可以有效地保证铸件的质量。The process difficulties of investment casting of medium steel bearing were analyzed, and the corresponding solutions were proposed. The results of trial production show that the quality of the casting can be effectively ensured by the solutions that open riser and shut riser is combined when feeding, and the hard aluminum alloy is used as pattern die material. Coatings and thin wire bundles are combined when manufacturing shell and the integrated deoxygenation process is used when melting.
