摘 要:为了提高差压铸造设备控制的稳定性与可靠性,运用计算机自动控制技术与PLC技术设计了一种差压铸造设备自动控制系统。并对系统的组成进行了分析,给出了系统的设计方案与控制实现方法,系统实现了差压铸造过程中各工序的自动化控制。实践证明,应用该系统有效地提高了差压铸造设备运行的稳定性,对于提高铸件质量和生产效益有重要的意义。In order to improve the stability and reliability of the differential pressure casting equipment control, a differential pressure casting equipment automatic control system was designed by using computer automatic control technology and PLC technology. And the system composition was analyzed. The design scheme of the system and the method of realizing the control were given. The automation control of each process in the differential pressure casting process was realized by the system. The practice proves that application of the system can effectively improve the stability of differential pressure casting equipment operation, and it has important significance for improving casting quality and production efficiency.
