摘  要:针对汽车前纵梁高强激光拼焊板成形中的回弹问题,采用回弹值预测与模面补偿技术相结合的方法进行控制。采用多工位单工步模拟方法进行了各工序回弹分析。结果表明,考虑每道工序卸载后回弹的模拟精度比不考虑每道工序卸载后回弹的模拟精度高。在模面补偿过程中,利用了Dynaform软件中的回弹迭代补偿和激光扫描实验相结合的方法,当补偿因子为0.8时,模拟回弹偏差达到允许范围内。经生产实验能够得到合格的零件。Aiming at the springback problem of laser tailor welded blanks with high strength for the car front longitudinal beam, it was controlled by using the method of the springback value prediction combined with the die surface compensation technology. The springback analysis of each procedure was performed by using simulation method of multi-station single step. The results show that the simulation accuracy with the springback of each procedure unloading is higher than that without the springback of unloading of each procedure. The methods of springback iterative compensation in Dynaform software combined with laser scanning experiment were used in the process of die surface compensation. When the compensation factor is 0.8, the springback deviation of simulation is in the allowable range. Qualified parts can be gotten by the production experiments.
