摘 要:向镍基钎料中添加3%、5%的Ni/MoS2,在保护气氛炉中制备钎焊金刚石试样,钎焊温度1050℃,保温5min。利用扫描电镜对钎焊后金刚石的形貌和钎焊接头微观组织进行分析,使用维氏硬度仪测试接头硬度分布。结果表明,添加Ni/MoS2的镍基钎料对金刚石仍有较好的润湿性,碳化物Cr3C2在金刚石表面形核长大,与金刚石表面的原子排布具有一定的位向关系;碳化物Cr7C3的形貌由实心变成空心;添加5%的Ni/MoS2时,钎焊层硬度由830HV0.2降低到690HV0.2,有利于降低钎焊应力和提高金刚石的出露高度。Nickel bases filler added with 3%, 5% Ni/MoS2 was utilized to prepare brazed diamond in protective furnace at 1050 ℃ and holding time for 5 min. The morphology of diamond and microstructure of the brazed joint were analyzed by SEM. The hardness of the brazed joint was measured by Vickers. The results show that the brazing alloy added with Ni/MoS2 has good wettability to diamond grains. The carbide Cr3C2 crystallizes and nucleates on the surface of diamond, which has an orientation relationship with the atom configuration of diamond surface. The morphology of Cr7C3 changes from sold to hollow. The hardness of the brazed joint fails from 830 HV0.2 to 690 HV0.2, when the addition of Ni/MoS2 is 5% ,which is benefit to decrease the thermal stress and improve the exposure height of the diamond.
