摘  要:目的分析附睾来源及供精来源的精子体外受精/卵母细胞内单精子注射(IVF/ICSI)助孕后对胚胎质量的影响。方法回顾性分析因男性无精子症行人类辅助生殖技术助孕的148例周期,按精子来源分为对照组、冻融附睾精子组、供精解冻精子组。结果 2组间比较,受精率、卵裂率对照组组明显高于冻融附睾精子组(74.8%与52.8%,98.3%与93.7%),可利用胚胎率冻融附睾精子组明显高于对照组(75.7%与67.4%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与供精解冻精子组比较,受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、可利用胚胎率2组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。受精率、卵裂率供精解冻精子组明显高于冻融附睾精子组(80.2%与52.8%,98.3%与93.7%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常精液质量的精子具有较高的生育潜能;冷冻对能够正常复苏的精子无显著影响;附睾精子在胚胎形成过程中有积极的影响。Objective To analyze the effect of donor sperm and epididymal sperm on embryo quality after IVF and ICSI.Methods Retrospectively review was conducted for 148 cases with azoospermia for human assisted reproductive technology. According to the sperm origin patients were divided into three groups: control group(group A),frozen thawed epididymal sperm group(group B),thawed donor sperm group(group C). Fertilization rate,cleavage rate,excellent embryo rate and effective embryo rate of the three groups were compared. Results Compared with the fertilization rate and cleavage rate,group A was higher than group B(74. 8% vs. 52. 8%,98. 3% vs. 93. 7%)(P〈0. 05). The effective embryo rate of patients in group B was higher than group A(75. 7% vs. 67. 4%)(P〈0. 05). The fertilization rate and cleavage rate,group C was higher than group B(80. 2% vs. 52. 8%,98. 3% vs. 93. 7%),(P〈0. 05).Conclusion Normal semen quality of sperm has a higher growth potential,freezing has no significant effect on the normal recovery of sperm; epididymal sperm has a positive effect in the formation of embryo.
