摘  要:为了解植物生长调节剂6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和叶面肥6-BA和对稻茬小麦低温胁迫伤害的缓解效应,以半冬性小麦品种烟农19和弱春性小麦品种淮麦30为材料,通过盆栽试验研究了喷施6-BA和新美洲星对分蘖期-10℃和拔节期0℃低温胁迫下小麦叶片光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数及产量性状的影响。结果表明,与喷施蒸馏水的对照相比,喷施6-BA和新美洲星处理显著降低了两个小麦品种的叶片初始荧光,显著提高了叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、PSⅡ光化学效率、光化学猝灭系数,增加了穗粒数、千粒重和产量。说明喷施6-BA和新美洲星能有效缓解分蘖期和拔节期低温胁迫对小麦功能叶片光合性能和产量的影响。With two wheat cultivars (semi-winter wheat Yannong 19 and semi-spring wheat Huaimai 30) with different cold resistance as the materials,pot experiment was performed to investigate the effects of spraying 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA, plant growth regulator, 10 μmol · L^-1) and New Meizhouxing (foliar fertilizer, diluted 300-fold) on the photosynthetic parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and yield of wheat under low-temperature stresses of -10℃ at tillering stages and 0℃ at elongation stage. The results showed that spraying 6-BA and New Meizhouxing significantly reduced the minimal fluorescence (F0)and significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomata conductance (Gs), maximum quantum yield of PS Ⅱ (Fv/Fm), photochemical quenching (qp) of wheat plants,significantly improved grain number and 1 000-grain weight of wheat. In conclu- sion, spraying 6-BA and New Meizhouxing treatments effective relieved the influences of low tempera- ture stress at tillering and stem elongation stages on photosynthetic performance and yield of wheat.
