摘　　要：文章论述了我国高校学科服务的研究现状,对高校学科建设涉及的学科服务需求进行了分析。针对学科馆员在学科服务中的作用,提出了"学科馆员是信息资源增值者"的观点。指出成就一流学科馆员须重点强化学科知识短板和实践活动中的价值积累。This paper discusses the research status of university subject service in China and analyzes the demands of the relat- ed subject service of the subject construction in university. Based on the role of subject librarian in subject service, the paper pro- poses the view of ＂subject librarian is the value-added of information resources＂ . The paper also points out that it is necessary to strengthen the value accumulation in the short-board of subject knowledge and practice activities for the achievement of the first class subject librarian.
