肤敏膏对2,4-二硝基氯苯致皮肤病理性瘢痕的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方肤敏膏对2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)致创面愈合和瘢痕形成的影响。方法:以豚鼠背部皮肤腐蚀伤为模型,测定反应强度、愈合时间和开始长毛时间;造模后取豚鼠皮肤全层组织,切片,HE染色,观察并计数毛细血管数、测定纤维细胞层厚度。结果:"肤敏膏"高剂量、低剂量组均能降低过敏反应强度、促进愈合、缓减纤维细胞层增厚,防止毛细血管减少。结论:肤敏膏可缓减DNCB过敏反应,促进愈合,缓减病理性瘢痕的形成。Objective： To investigate the effect of Fumingao ointment on skin pathological scar and wound healing. Methods： The back of guinea pig was treated with dinitrochlorobenzene（ DNCB） to make skin pathological scar and wound model. Fumingao ointment was smeared on the back,then the healing time,intensity of reaction,and hair growth time were observed. The wound skin were cut into sections,then the numbers of capillaries and fibroblastic thickness were measured. Results： High and low dose Fumingao ointment could both significantly reduce the intensity of allergic reactions,promote wound healing,alleviate fiber cell layer thickening,and prevent decrease of number of capillaries. Conclusions： Fumingao ointment can relieve allergy reaction,promote wound healing and improve the symptoms of pathological scars.
