StarLuxG强脉冲光与Q-开关倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗雀斑的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的：StarLuxG强脉冲光与Q-开关倍频Nd：YAG激光治疗雀斑的疗效对比研究。方法：50例雀斑患者,随机分为2组,每组25例,StarLuxG组采用StarLuxG强脉冲光,激光组采用Q-开关倍频Nd：YAG激光（波长532nm）,根据患者皮损深浅选择适当的参数。针对2组间治疗雀斑的总有效率和不良反应采用卡方检验进行比较,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结果：StarLuxG组总有效率88%;激光组总有效率92%,差异无统计学意义（χ^2=2.569,P〉0.05）;StarLuxG组0例（0%）患者出现暂时性色素沉着;激光组6例（24%）患者出现暂时性色素沉着,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.818,P〈0.05）。随访6~12个月,术后无感染及瘢痕发生。结论：StarLuxG强脉冲光是一种有效、安全、无创便捷的治疗面部雀斑的方法,无停工期,不影响患者的正常生活及工作。Objective：To compare the therapeutic effect of StarLuxG and Q-switched double Nd：YAG laser in freckle treatment.Methods：Totally 50 patients with freckles were divided into two groups randomly with 25 patients in each group. They were treated with StarLuxG or Q-switched double Nd：YAG laser with a proper parameter according to the depth of skin pigment. The total effective rate and adverse reaction（temporary pigment）of the two groups were compared by chi-square test. There were statistically significant differences when the P value0.05. Results：The total effective rates of group StarLuxG and group Laser were 88% and 92% respectively,without significant differences between the two groups（χ^2=2.569,P 0.05）. The adverse effect rates（temporary pigment）of group StarLuxG and group laser were respectively 0% and 24%,with statistical differences between the two groups（χ^2=6.818,P0.05）. No infection and scarring was noted during the 6-12 months follow-up. Conclusion：StarLuxG is an effective,safe and noninvasive way to treat freckle,which doesn＇t affect patient＇s life or work and doesn＇t require any downtime.
