摘　　要：介绍了光收发模块中APD光接收机的基本组成,提出了设计高灵敏度APD光接收机的关键技术方案,并通过试验进行了测试和验证,测试结论可作为10Gb/s及以下速率数字光收发模块APD光接收机设计方案的有效参考。The paper introduces the basic component of APD optical receiver, which is a part of optical transceiver. Then it points out the key method of designing high sensitivity APD optical receiver, and demon- strates it by experiment. The conclusion of experiment can be a guidance of designing the APD optical receiv- er of digital optical transceiver, which speed is up to 10Gb/s.
