摘 要:描述了化工事故逻辑树分析方法的应用原理及实例,以事故后果为顶上事件,通过"与或门"连接多个分支,不断重复询问"为什么"来完善树的下一层,逐步形成"有根有叶"的逻辑树结构。该逻辑树可以帮助分析事故的演变路径,找到事故中的关键性因素,通过对这些因素的改善与控制,提高企业对重大事故的预警预防能力。利用根原因分析方法对事故进行分析,找出导致事故的根原因,提出相应的改善措施,有利于提高企业的安全管理水平。In this paper, we establish the logic tree analysis method about chemical accident. It takes accident consequences as the top event, through the common " and or gate" connect to multiple branches. Repeat to ask "how come" in order to perfect the next layer of tree. Gradually formed a logic tree. The logical tree can help analysts to understand the evolution path of the accident and find the key factor of the accident. Through the control and improvement of these factors, improve enterprise early warning and prevention ability of major accident. Through root cause analysis method to analyze accidents, find out the root cause of the accident, put forward corresponding improvement measures. It is beneficial to improve the level of enterprise security management.
