摘　　要：高储蓄率和低消费增长率在我国改革初期对支撑经济的高速增长起着关键的作用,然而随着经济发展程度的提高,其制约作用逐步暴露。以居民收入水平和支出水平为出发点,考察我国居民消费水平和消费结构演变的轨迹,并针对我国消费存在的问题提出相应解决措施。High saving rate and low consumption growth rate play important roles in supporting the rapid economic growth in the early days after reform. But with the improvement of economic development, the restriction function of the high saving rate and low consumption growth rate is emerging gradually. From the point of residents＇ income and expenditure level, this paper inspects the evolution of China＇s residents＇ consumption level and consumption structure, and puts forward corresponding solutions in view of the problems existed in China＇s consumption.
