摘　　要：南京市养老服务消费市场呈现养老服务需求量大、利好政策多和投资养老热度高等特点,存在重老龄产业发展而轻老年人才需求分析、养老服务产品发展不均衡、老年人的消费观念比较传统、养老服务专门人才奇缺等问题。针对这些问题,从机制方面提出建立推进养老服务消费市场协调发展的管理机制、促进养老服务消费市场资源整合的运行机制和保障养老服务消费市场健康成长的约束机制,以保障南京市养老服务消费市场持续健康发展。Nanjing elderly service consumption market present the features of a large market demand, more favorable policies and high enthusiasm for investment in aging industry. Behind that are also many problems that elderly service industrial development are emphasized rather than personnel demand analysis, that the development of elderly service is rather imbalanced, that the consumption concept of the elderly people is too conservative, that the trained personnel for elderly care service are in critical shortage. In view of these issues, it is rather necessary to put in place the management mechanism for promoting the harmonious development of elderly service consumption market, the operating mechanism for accelerating the resources integration of the market, and the restriction mechanism for assuring the healthy development of elderly service consumption market, with a view to safeguarding the healthy and sustainable development of elderly service consumption market in Nanjing .
