摘　　要：目的总结改良骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复恶性肿瘤切除后皮肤软组织缺损的临床经验。方法2004年8月—2013年12月,应用改良骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复前臂远端掌侧、掌背、虎口区恶性肿瘤切除后皮肤软组织缺损11例。结果本组11例,术后皮瓣均完全成活,创面I期愈合。结论改良骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣适于修复前臂远端掌侧、掌背、虎口区恶性肿瘤切除后皮肤软组织缺损,以较宽皮肤筋膜蒂形式切取皮瓣,皮瓣血运更理想,成活更可靠。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of modified reversed posterior interosseous artery island flap for repairing soft tissue defects after malignant tumor resection. Methods From August 2004 to December 2014,11 modified reversed posterior interosseous artery island flaps were used to repair soft tissue defects in volar side of distal forearm,dorsal hand and first web space after malignant tumor resection. Results In this group of 11 cases,all flaps survived uneventfully,the wounds healed primarily postoperatively. Conclusion The modified reversed posterior interosseous artery island flap are suitable to repair soft tissue defects in volar side of distal forearm,dorsal hand and first web space after malignant tumor resection. The blood supply and survived ratio of the flaps with wider fasciocutaneous pedicle are more reliable.
