曲安奈德局部封闭治疗婴幼儿疥疮结节疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨目前婴幼儿疥疮结节的发病情况及曲安奈德局部封闭治疗的疗效观察,以便指导临床治疗。方法将2009年5月至2014年5月诊治的148例婴幼儿疥疮结节患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予曲安奈德加2%利多卡因按1∶1稀释后局部封闭治疗,对照组外涂艾洛松乳膏。结果治疗组痊愈64例,显效8例,进步6例,无效1例。总有效率为98.73%。对照组痊愈33例,显效6例,进步5例,无效25例。总有效率为63.77%。治疗组与对照组婴幼儿疥疮结节的治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义。结论曲安奈德联合利多卡因局部封闭是一种疗效高、成本低、比较可靠的治疗婴幼儿疥疮结节的方法。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of triamcinolone acetonide combined with local injection of lidocaine in the treatment of scabies tubercle. Methods Totally 148 cases of scabies tubercle patients in the dermatology department of our hospital from may 2009 to may 2014 were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group. The observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and Liddle Kain（ 1∶ 1） local injection in the skin lesions. Control group was coated with Eloson ointment. Results In treatment group,the overall response of excellent was evaluated in 64 patient,good in 8 patients,moderate in 6 patients,poor in 1 patients,and the total effective rate was 98. 73%. In control group,the overall response of excellent was evaluated in 33 patient,good in 6 patient,moderate in 5 patients,poor in 25 patients,and the effective rate was 63. 77%. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effectiveness of triamcinolone acetonide combined with local injection of lidocaine in the skin lesions is a safe and effective treatment method.
