摘 要:为提高冷作模具钢表面性能,对Cr12MoV钢进行盐浴渗硼处理,形成了约55μm的渗硼层,据此讨论液体渗硼对钢材表面性能的影响机理。采用扫描电镜及其配置的能谱分析仪对材料表面-界面形貌和元素分布进行表征,通过X射线衍射仪测试其表面物相,并利用应力分析仪对渗硼层表面残余应力进行测试。结果表明:渗层表面出现大量孔洞,化学元素分布均匀,形成了高硬度的硼化物;结合界面化学元素发生了相互扩散,形成梯度分布,硼化物为齿状特征;渗硼处理后表面残余应力由拉应力变为压应力,可降低渗硼层裂纹扩展倾向。In order to improve the properties of cold working die steel surface, a boronized layer about 55 p.m was prepared on the surface of Cr12MoV steel by the salt bath boronizing treatment, and the mechanism of boronizing treatment effect on the surface properties was discussed. The surface-interface elements distribution and morphology were characterized by SEM and EDS, and the surface phase and residual stress of boronized layer were tested by means of X-ray diffraction and stress tester. The results show that: after boronizing treatment, distribution of surface elements is uniform, and boride formed with high hardness accompanies with the appearence of massive gaps; diffusion of chemical element leads to gradient distribution and boride presents characteristic of tooth in a view of interface; the surface residual stress changes from tensile stress into compressive stress, reducing the spreading tendency of boronized layer crack.
