摘  要:渤海湾油井防砂主以砾石充填防砂为主,为了进一步提高其挡砂效果,同时提高单井产能,基于渤海湾地区储层特性的统计结果,利用防砂模拟试验装置,针对砾石充填防砂进行了效果评价。试验结果表明:①在进行砾石充填粒度参数设计时,可将D50适当放大到(6~7.5)d50,产能相对Saucier挡砂理论提高了10%,且能够有效防砂;②砾石充填最优充填厚度为30~35mm,继续提高砾石充填厚度对产量的贡献较小。在进行防砂设计时,同时考虑防砂参数和充填厚度的影响,在其产能上可以得到进一步提高。Gravel packing was mainly used for sand control in Bohai Bay,to further improve the sand control effect,improve single well productivity and based on the statistical result of reservoir characteristics in Bohai Bay,a sand controlsimulation device was used to evaluate the effect of gravel packing.The result shows that in the design of gravel packing parameters,the gravel granularity parameter D50 can be appropriately enlarged to d50(6to 7.5times)Its productivity is improve by 10% relative to the Saucier classical theory of 5/6times with formation sand.It can effectively sand control.The optimized thickness of gravel packing is 30~35mm,it is less contribution to the rising the productivity as its packing thickness is further enhanced.At the same time,the effect of sand control parameters and the packing thickness should be considered in sand control design,its productivity would be further improved.
