摘 要:秦皇岛32-6油田F31井生产过程中出砂严重,导致生产管柱被砂埋而无法正常生产,因此必须对F31井进行修井以恢复产能。在F31井取出防砂筛管和分层生产套管的套铣作业中,存在漏失严重、生产套管变形且有3个破损点的问题。针对F31井套管修复,技术上首次应用井下液压胀管技术和低密度加纤维的水泥浆体系,施工程序上采取替入法和平推法相结合的办法,成功修复并封堵了破损点。该井套管修复成功为海上油田作业积累了经验,同时为处理类似问题提供了范例。Sand production was so serious in Well F31 of Qinhuangdao 32-6Oilfield,it resulted in abnormal production as sand burial of production casing strings occurred,and therefore workover was needed in Well F31 to restore a normal productivity.In tripping the sand control linear and in the milling operation of sectional production casing,there existed serious problems of lost circulation,production casing deformation with 3damaged points.According to the situation of casing repairing in Well F31,a low density and fiber cement slurry system is first successfully used,a method of replacement method combined with pushing method is deployed in operation procedures,breakage points are successfully repaired and blocked.The successful well repairing obtains the experiences for offshore oilfield operations and it provides example for similar well repairing.
