摘　　要：研究发现，中性粒细胞不仅能通过吞噬及脱颗粒的方式杀灭病原体，还能够释放其染色质及颗粒蛋白到细胞外，形成中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网（NETs），作为一种新的胞外杀菌机制。NETs不仅具有抗菌功能，在多种非感染性疾病的发生及发展过程中也起着十分重要的作用。Researches have been showed that neutrophils can not only eliminate invading microbes by means of microbial uptake and secretion of antimicrobiaJs, but also release decondensed chromatins and anti-microbial proteins to extracellular matrix, namely neutrophil extracellular traps （NETs）. NETs is a new extracellulax antibacterial strategy. In addition to the antimierobial function, NETs also participates in the regulation of non-infections process.
