高血压中医康复综合指导方案在社区医院推广效果评价

摘　　要：目的在北京社区医院推广该方案并对其效果进行评价,进而完善和优化推广方案。方法根据方案内容对社区全科医师进行严格培训,由考核合格的医师指导社区高血压患者;方案推广1年后,采用调查问卷形式,收集社区医院高血压患者对方案推广效果的评价及分析血压值的影响因素。结果方案有较高的认可度和安全性,在费用、可接受性上较原疗法均所改善,但在疗程上无明显优势;血压值与血压监测频次及病程之间存在相关性。结论高血压中医康复综合指导方案有较高的推广价值。Objective To evaluate the promotion effect of the therapeutic program in Beijing community hospitals so as to perfect and optimize the program promotion. Methods The community general practitioners received the strict training based on the program. The qualified physicians guided the patients of hypertension in the communities. One year after the program promotion,the form of questionnaire was used to collect the evaluation of the promotion in hypertension patients in the community hospitals and analyze the impact factors of blood pressure value. Results The program was highly recognized and safe. The cost and acceptability had been improved compared with the previous program. But the advantage of the treating duration was not obvious. The blood pressure value and the monitoring frequency were relevant with the duration of sickness. Conclusion The guideline of TCM comprehensive rehabilitation for hypertension is highly valuable for promotion.
