中医临床护理路径在冠心病择期介入治疗围手术期患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医临床护理路径在冠心病择期介入治疗围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法将2013年9月-2014年3月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院心内科病房收治的120例冠心病择期介入治疗患者,采用数字随机抽样法将患者随机分为路径组和对照组,每组各60例,路径组采用中医临床护理路径,对照组采用胸痹心痛病护理常规。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、患者围手术护理不良事件发生率及满意度。结果路径组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05),围手术期护理不良事件发生率亦低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病择期介入治疗围手术期中医临床护理路径可以降低患者的住院时间、住院费用,降低介入治疗围手术护理不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of TCM clinical nursing path for the patients with coronary heart disease undergoing elective intervention at perioperative stage. Methods From September 2013 to March 2014,120 patients of coronary heart disease undergoing elective intervention were collected from the Cardiac Internal Medicine Ward of Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated of Capital Medical University. With the number randomization method,they were divided into a path group and a control group,60 cases in each one. In the path group,TCM clinical nursing path was adopted. In the control group,the conventional nursing for chest pain was used. The administration duration,administration cost,incidence of adverse events in the patients at perioperative stage and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the path group,the administration duration was shorter than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,the administration cost was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,the incidence of adverse events in the patients at perioperative stage was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05） and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM clinical nursing path for the patients with coronary heart disease undergoing elective intervention at perioperative stage reduces the administration duration,administration cost and the incidence of adverse events in the patients at perioperative stage and improves patients＇ satisfaction.
