痛经灵胶囊治疗青春期原发性痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痛经灵胶囊治疗青春期原发性痛经的治疗效果与安全性。方法将162例青春期原发性痛经患者随机分为两组,治疗组服用中成药痛经灵胶囊,对照组服用田七痛经胶囊治疗,对比两组之间的疗效差异。结果治疗组在临床症状改善与显效率方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论痛经灵胶囊可有效治疗原发性痛经,对痛经患者的其他症状,也有明显的缓解作用。服用痛经灵胶囊者未见毒副作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety on puberty primary dysmenorrheal treated with tongjingling capsules. Methods One hundred and sixty- two patients of puberty primary dysmenorrheal were randomized into two groups. In the treatment group,tongjingling capsules were used. In the control group,tianqi tongjing capsules were taken. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The improvement in clinical symptoms and remarkably effective rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,indicating the significant difference（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Tongjingling capsules effectively treat primary dysmenorrheal and remarkably relieve the relevant symptoms. The toxic side effects of tongjingling capsules have not been discovered.
