健脾益气方对绝经后女性骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾益气方对绝经后女性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将198例绝经后女性骨质疏松症患者随机分为:治疗组99例,内服健脾益气方,对照组99例,口服戊酸雌二醇。12周后观察两组骨代谢指标、证候疗效及骨密度T值的变化。结果健脾益气方和戊酸雌二醇治疗后骨生化指标、证候疗效及骨密度T值两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药健脾益气方能显著改善绝经后女性骨质疏松症有关骨代谢指标、证候疗效及骨密度T值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on post- menopausal osteoporosis treated with jianpi yiqi formula. Methods One hundred and ninety- eight cases of post- menopausal osteoporosis were randomized into a treatment group（ 99 cases）,treated with oral administration of jianpi yiqi formula; and a control group（ 99 cases）,treated with oral administration of estradiol valerate. In 12 weeks of treatment,the bone metabolic indicators,syndrome efficacy and bone density T value were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment with jianpi yiqi formula and estradiol valerate,the differences were significant in bone metabolic indicators,syndrome efficacy and bone density T value（ P〈 0. 05 or P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Jianpi yiqi formula significantly improves bone metabolic indicators,syndrome efficacy and bone density T value in treatment of post- menopausal osteoporosis.
