摘  要:目的评价中成药御糖丸对糖尿病大鼠模型心肌能量代谢的干预作用。方法采用SD大鼠腹腔注射STZ方法建立实验动物模型,将大鼠模型分为模型组、御糖丸高、中、低剂量组,造模后8周分别按实验要求灌胃治疗,正常对照组灌生理盐水,连续4周。用高效液相色谱法测定心肌细胞ATP、ADP、AMP、ATP/ADP。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠ATP,ATP/ADP显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,御糖丸中高剂量组ATP,ATP/ADP显著增高(P<0.05),低剂量组变化不明显。结论中成药御糖丸对心肌能量代谢有较好的干预作用。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of yutang pills on myocardial energy metabolism in diabetes rat models. Methods The intraperitoneal injection with STZ was used to set up experimental animal models in SD rats. The rat models were divided into a model group,a high- dose group,a low- dose group and a low- dose group of yutang pills. After 8 weeks of modeling,according to the experimental requirement,the intragastric administration was applied for treatment; and in a normal control group,the physiological saline was used via gastric infusion,continuously for 4 weeks. The high performance liquid chromatography was adopted to determine ATP,ADP,AMP and ATP / ADP in myocardial cells. Results Compared with the normal control group,ATP and ATP / ADP were reduced significantly in the rats of the model group( P 〈0. 01). Compared with the model group,ATP and ATP/ADP were increased significantly in the yutang pills middle- dose and high- dose groups( P 〈0. 05) and those did not change obviously in the low- dose group. Conclusion The Chinese patent medicine,yutang pills have satisfactory intervention effect on myocardial energy metabolism.
