摘　　要：定制式人才培养模式要求通过企业全程参与学校的人才培养,以就业为导向培养应用型人才。该模式的提出和实施,丰富了人才培养的内涵,提高了学生的综合实践能力,缩短了学生就业的适应期,为促进高校人才培养适应社会需求做出了贡献。The custom-made talents training model requires companies to participate in the whole process of talents training,which trains applied talents with the purpose of employment.The model enriches the connotation of talents training,improves the integrated practical abilities of students,shortens the job adjustment period of students,and makes a contribution to promoting college talents＇ adaptation to the society.
