比较含与不含朱砂的清泻丸对小鼠排便作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的比较含与不含朱砂的清泻丸对正常和实热型便秘小鼠排便作用的影响。方法采用小鼠排便试验,通过对正常和实热型便秘小鼠小肠推进功能及小鼠排便时间、排便数量的实验研究,观察并比较含与不含朱砂的清泻丸的排便作用。结果同等剂量的含与不含朱砂的清泻丸都能够促进正常和实热型便秘小鼠的小肠蠕动,缩短小鼠的首次排便时间,增加其排便数量,且两者之间功效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含与不含朱砂的清泻丸对正常和实热型便秘小鼠的排便作用是相近的。Objective To compare the impacts on defecation in the mice of constipation differentia-ted as common type and excess heat type between qingxie pills with cinnabar contained and the pills without cinnabar contained. Methods The defecation test was done in the mice. Through the experimental study on the small intestine movement,defecation time and amount in the mice of constipation differentiated as com-mon type and excess heat type,the defecation effect was observed and compared between qingxie pills with cinnabar contained and the pills without cinnabar contained. Results Qingxie pills,no matter whether cinna-bar contained or not,promoted the peristalsis of small intestine in the mice of constipation differentiated as common type and excess heat type,shortened the time of the first bowel movement and increased the amount. The effects were not different significantly between two medicines（ P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion No matter whether cinnabar contained or not,qingxie pills achieve the similar effects of defecation in the mice of consti-pation differentiated as common type and excess heat type.
