摘　　要：中医药治疗肿瘤历史悠久,积累了丰富的理论经验,近年来已成为肿瘤综合治疗的重要组成部分。《内经》认为阴阳失衡是导致疾病的根源。机体功能状态的紊乱是诱发肿瘤的重要因素,因此提出中医肿瘤平衡治疗观点,将其概括为三个主要方面:以维护机体平衡为本,通过调节脏腑气血,作用于肿瘤生长的内在环境,纠正机体失衡状态;以掌握攻补平衡为要,正确处理攻与补的关系,根据肿瘤进展速度与患者体质强弱综合判断,采用阶段性治疗的策略,在取得疗效的同时做到扶正不助邪,祛邪不伤正;不仅重视肿瘤患者躯体的病症,还要关注其精神状态,以人为本,形神兼治,促进患者身心平衡。中医肿瘤平衡治疗体现了中医药的特色优势,不仅提纲挈领,而且验于临床,收效满意。There is a very long history in TCM for the treatment of tumor and a rich theoretic experi-ence has been accumulated. TCM has become the important part in the comprehensive treatment of tumor. Neijing（Internal Classic）believes that imbalance of yin and yang is the origin of disease. The body functional impairment is the important factor to induce tumor. It is suggested that three aspects should be included in the balance therapy for tumor. 1. Maintaining the body balance is the root. Through regulating qi and blood of zangfu organs,the internal environment of tumor growth can be impacted and the imbalance be rectified. 2. It is essential to master the balance between purgation and tonification. According to the progress of tumor and the body constitution strength,the way for purgation or tonification is selected and the stage therapeutic strate-gy is determined. Strengthening the antipathogenic qi should avoid the increase of pathogen,and eliminating the pathogen should prevent from the injury of antipathogenic qi. As a result,the efficacy can be maintained. 3. The mental state should be considered while the somatic disorder is treated in tumor patients. The body and spirit should be treated mutually to promote the balance of mind and body. TCM balance therapy for tumor embodies the feature advantage of TCM. This therapy focuses on the key point of disease and achieves the sat-isfactory effect in clinical practice.
