摘　　要：医德是传统中医学教育中重要的组成部分,它作为一种社会精神意识形态和医疗行为规范对中医教育事业的发展有重大的影响。因此,继承优良传统医德对于现代中医药人才的培养有着极其重要的意义。然而随着社会的发展,医疗环境也在不断地变化,患者的道德观念、价值观念和价值追求等都发生了巨大变化,医德教育面临着许多新的问题和挑战。在传统医德教育上我们应该继承其精髓,抛弃其糟粕,并结合时代特点有所创新,只有这样才能培养出优秀的中医药人才。Medical moral is the important component in the education of traditional Chinese medi-cine. Being a kind of social ideology and medical behavior norms,medical moral plays the great effect in the cause of Chinese medicine education. Hence,it is very significant to inherit the excellent traditional medical moral during the cultivation of modern personnel of Chinese medicine. With the social development and con-stant changes of medical environment,the patients＇moral,values and value pursuit have changed tremendous-ly. The education of medical moral faces many new questions and challenges. In the education of traditional medical moral,we should inherit the quintessence and abandon uselessness,combine with the epochal charac-teristics for the innovations so as to train the excellent personnel of Chinese medicine.
