新常态下吉林省道路运输业的经济社会贡献研究--基于比较视角的分析

摘　　要：科学合理地评价道路运输业的经济社会贡献,是积极适应经济发展新常态和制定行业"十三五"战略规划的重要前提。基于比较视角全面分析吉林省道路运输业对经济社会发展的贡献,可见,虽然其在经济贡献、社会贡献以及相关产业拉动贡献等方面存在显著的溢出影响,然而与全国其他省份的横向比较中也发现其存在诸多问题和阻滞因素,可为今后提升吉林省道路运输贡献水平提供政策支持。Scientific evaluation of the economic and social contribution of road transport industry is the important premise of active adapting to the new normal economic development and making the'Thirteenth Five Year Plan'. Through a comprehensive analysis of the economic and social contribution of road transport industry in Jilin Province in comparative perspectives,the paper points out that there are prominent spill-over effects of road transport industry. However,many problems and retardation factors still exist compared with other provinces. The paper provides policy support for improving the contribution of road transport industry in Jilin Province in future.
