开展药物咨询在药学服务中的应用意义探究

摘　　要：目的探究住院药房药物咨询在药学服务中的应用意义。方法就我院2007年~2009年外科楼注射剂组药房咨询记录共372例,并就用药咨询内容、住院药房参考依据等进行分析总结。结果 1注射剂组住院药房咨询内容分类的情况为,2007年占据比例分别为19.17%、12.50%、10.00%;2008年：27.06%、14.12%、17.65%;2009年：15.57%、16.17%、17.37%。其中注射器的配伍方面在2008年~2009年逐渐受到重视,均属于药物的基本信息。2 2007年~2009年注射剂组住院参考依据连续3年占据首位的是药品说明书,每年的构成比分别达到74.78%、80.37%、83.33%。结论全面加强药物咨询工作,建立药物说明书数据库、编制咨询手册、建立咨询团队等有助于开展药物咨询工作,为医护人员提供可靠的医疗,从而提高医疗质量和患者生活质量。Objective To explore the significance of application of hospital pharmacy drug consultation in pharmaceutical service. Methods In our hospital in 2007-2009 years surgical floor injection group pharmacy consultation records in 372 cases, and the contents of hospital pharmacy drug consultation, reference are analyzed. Results 1Injection group hospital pharmacy consultation content classification situation, in 2007 accounted for respectively 19.17%, 12.50%, 10.00%; 2008： 27.06%, 14.12%, 17.65%; 2009： 15.57%, 16.17%, 17.37%. The syringe and the importance of the 2008-2009 has been gradually, all belong to the basic information of drugs. 22007-2009 injection in the group of reference for 3 consecutive years to occupy the first place is the drug instructions, each of the constituent ratio reached 74.78%, 80.37%, 83.33% respectively. Conclusion To strengthen consultation, establish drug instructions, manuals, establish database compiled consulting advisory team helps to provide consultation, provide reliable medical staff, so as to improve the quality of medical care and the quality of life of the patients.
