成人原发性肾病综合征冲击治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析成人原发性肾病综合征冲击治疗的临床效果,为成人原发性肾病的治疗提供参考。方法将我院2012年1月至2015年1月收治的60例成人原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。结果经治疗,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,24 h尿蛋白定量明显较低,血浆白蛋白及总蛋白含量明显较高,差异均具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论采用环磷酰胺联合甲基强松龙对成人原发性肾病综合征进行冲击治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者肾功能,改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of shock therapy, adult primary nephrotic syndrome provide reference for the treatment of adult primary nephrotic. Methods From January 2012 to January 2015, 60 cases of adult primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group patients was significantly higher than that of control group, 24 hours urinary protein quantitative lower obviously, significantly higher plasma albumin and total protein content, have significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Using cyclophosphamide combined methyl strong pine dragon impact on adult primary nephrotic syndrome treatment effect is remarkable, which can effectively improve the patients＇ renal function, improve the prognosis of patients.
