摘　　要：目的通过5S管理法改进中心药房医嘱调剂存在的问题。方法分析我院中心药房针剂医嘱调配存在的问题并通过5S管理法进行改进。结果中心药房针剂医嘱调剂在调剂时间、出错率及损耗率上都较改善前明显降低。结论中心药房针剂医嘱调配5S管理法才能降低调剂差错、提高调剂效率及降低药品损耗。Objective To improve the problem of dispensive of injection in central pharmacy by 5S management. Methods Analysis of the problem in dispensive of injection was made and then the 5S management methods had been also used to solve it. Result The time of dispensive of injection, the error ratio and the rates of loss had been obviously reduced comparing to before. Conclusion The application of 5S management methods used in central pharmacy can reduce the error of injection dispensive and improve the efficiency of dispensive.
