汤益明益气通络法治疗冠心病87例经验探讨  

Experience Discussion of 87 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Tang Yiming's Therapy for Benefiting Qi and Promoting Collateral Circulation

摘　　要：目的观察汤益明益气通络法治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法 87例病例均采用益气通络法治疗。结果治疗后心功能改善总有效率86.66%,心气虚程度缓解总有效率89.69%,心电图(ST段-T波)改善率达64.36%,而心绞痛缓解率达74.71%;多普勒超声心动图及左室阻抗微分图检测的有关心肌舒缓性心功能参数(LVD、LVDF等)均呈一致性改善。结论益气通络法治疗冠心病疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on coronary heart disease treatment with Tang Yiming＇s therapy for benefiting qi and promoting collateral circulation. Methods Eighty - seven cases were all treated with the therapy for benefiting qi and promoting collateral circulation. Results The total effective rate was 96.66% for the heart function improvement after treatment and was 89.69% for relieving heart qi deficiency. The improvement rate of ST - T wave in ECG was 74.71%. The heart function parameters（ LVD, LVDF, etc. ）of Doppler ultrasound ECG and left ventricular impedance differential cardiogram were all improved. Conclusion The therapy for benefiting qi and promoting collateral circulation achieves the significant efficacy on coronary heart disease.
