不同波形的低频声波对30例健康人足三里穴微循环及经皮氧分压的影响研究

摘  要:目的探讨频率相同的情况下不同波形的低频声波对足三里穴微循环及经皮氧分压的影响。方法在30例健康人的足三里穴附近,播放频率相同(58.27 Hz)、波形不同(方波、正弦波、三角波)的低频声波,以激光多普勒血流仪分析循经穴位的微循环及经皮氧分压的变化,统计分析试验数据。结果频率相同波形不同的低频声波对足三里穴的微循环、经皮氧分压有不同影响,方波使穴位微循环量、经皮氧分压降低,三角波使穴位微循环量、经皮氧分压略升高,正弦波使穴位微循环量、经皮氧分压显著升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论不同波形的低频声波可以对穴位产生不同的影响,类似于针灸的不同补泻手法。Objective To explore the impacts on microcirculation at Zusanli( ST36 )and transcuta-neous oxygen pressure with low frequency acoustic wave under different waveforms,but with same frequency. Methods The low frequency acoustic wave was released near to Zusanli(ST36)with same frequency(58. 27 Hz)and different waveforms( square wave,sine wave and triangular wave)in 30 healthy people. The laser Doppler blood flow instrument was used to analyze the changes in the microcirculation at the meridian point and transcutaneous oxygen pressure. The experimental data were analyzed statistically. Results The low frequency acoustic wave of different waveforms at same frequency induced the different impacts on the microcirculation at Zusanli(ST36)and transcutaneous oxygen pressure. The square wave induces the decrease of microcirculatory volume and transcutaneous oxygen pressure,the triangular wave induced the slight increase of microcirculatory volume and transcutaneous oxygen pressure and the sine wave caused the significant increase of microcirculatory volume and transcutaneous oxygen pressure. The differences were significantly among the groups(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion The low frequency acoustic wave of different waveforms induces the different impacts at acupoint,which is similar to the effect of different reinforcing and reducing needling techniques.
