复方苁蓉益智胶囊对中风后轻度认知障碍患者脑血流及血管内皮功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方苁蓉益智胶囊对中风后轻度认知障碍患者脑血流及血管内皮功能的影响。方法将140例肝肾亏虚兼痰瘀阻络型中风后轻度认知障碍患者随机分为两组,每组70例(实际研究治疗组67例、对照组66例),治疗组在基础治疗的基础上给予复方苁蓉益智胶囊口服,对照组在基础治疗的基础上给予尼莫地平片口服,总疗程为3个月,治疗前后观察双侧大脑前动脉(MCA)、中动脉(ACA)、后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度及血清一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)水平。结果治疗后3个月,治疗组对中风后轻度认知障碍患者脑血流及血管内皮功能的改善优于对照组组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论复方苁蓉益智胶囊能有效中风后轻度认知障碍患者脑血流及血管内皮功能,从而发挥改善认知功能的作用。Objective To observe the impacts of fufang congrong yizhi capsules on cerebral blood flow（CBF） and vascular endothelial function（VEF） in the patients of post- stroke mild cognitive impairment （MCI）. Methods One hundred and forty cases of post - stroke MCI differentiated as liver and kidney deficiency complicated with blockage by phlegm and stasis in collaterals were randomized into two groups ,70 cases in each one（actually,67 cases in a treatment group and 66 cases in a control group）. In the treatment group, besides the basic treatment, fufang congrong yizhi capsules were prescribed for oral administration. In the control group ,besides the basic treatment, nimodipine tablets were prescribed for oral administration. The total duration of treatment was 3 months. Before and after treatment, the average blood flow rates in bilateral MCA, ACA, PCA, VA and BA, and the levels of serum NO and ET - 1 were observed before and after treat- ment. Results After 3 - month treatment, the improvements of CBF and VEF in the patients of post - stroke MCI in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Fufang congrong yizhi capsules effectively improve CBF and VEF in the patients of post - stroke MCI and benefit the cognitive function.
