摘　　要：冲为血海,为月经之本,任主胞胎,妇科经、带、胎、产各疾病与冲任二脉关系密切,秦淑芳主任注重冲任学说在妇科的临床运用,其根据女性月经周期随冲任气血流通盛衰而变的特点,配合充养冲任之不足或梳理冲任之碍滞的药物,每收良效。文章介绍了冲任循行与女性生殖系统的关系,冲任与妇科疾病的关系,以及秦淑芳主任运用冲任学说治疗妇科疑难病的原则和用药,通过典型病例系统介绍了运用冲任学说治疗妇科疑难病的方法,并详细介绍了冲任学说治疗妇科疑难病的机理。The thoroughfare vessel is the sea of blood and the root of menstruation. The conception vessel dominates the fetus and pregnancy. In gynecology,the diseases of menstruation,vaginal discharge,fetus and delivery are all closely related to the thoroughfare vessel and the conception vessel. Prof. Qin Shufang gave the attention to the clinical application of the theory of the thoroughfare vessel and the conception vessel for gynecological diseases. Based on the characteristics of the strength of qi and blood in the thoroughfare ves-sel and the conception vessel along with the menstrual cycle,the medicines for nourishing the thoroughfare vessel and the conception vessel and removing the obstruction were used and the satisfactory effect had been achieved. In the paper,the relationship of the thoroughfare vessel and the conception vessel with female repro-ductive system and gynecological disease was introduced,as well as Prof. Qin＇s experiences in the treating principle and medication for the diseases based on the theory of the thoroughfare vessel and the conception vessel. Through the introduction of the typical case,the therapeutic methods were analyzed on the treatment of intractable gynecological disease and the mechanism of treatment was explained in detailed based on the theo-ry of thoroughfare vessel and the conception vessel.
