名老中医治疗快速性心律失常用药规律的varclus聚类分析  

Varclus Cluster Analysis on Proven Cases Record of Treating Tachyarrhythmia by Famous Veteran Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘　　要：将搜集到的26位名老中医治疗快速性心律失常的568份验案输入到验案分析系统,通过SAS软件对用药频率≥10%的38种中药进行varclus聚类分析。38种中药共分为9类:1)柏子仁、黄芪、人参、生地、炙甘草;2)百合、炒枣仁、知母、远志、栀子;3)生龙骨、生牡蛎;4)麦冬、白芍、五味子;5)车前子、茯苓、白术、葶苈子、泽泻;6)丹皮、党参、桂枝、三七、当归、黄连;7)半夏、石菖蒲、陈皮;8)赤芍、红花、丹参、黄芩;9)川芎、郁金、枳壳、柴胡、苦参。通过研究发现针对快速性心律失常的某一证型或某一症状,名老中医习惯应用含有两种或两种以上的中药作为特定的药物组合来治疗,其组方用药规律对治疗快速性心律失常,在临床用药上具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。To analyze the law of traditional Chinese medicine applied in tachyarrhythmia using the a- nalysis software of proven cases and SAS software. Five hundred and sixty eight proven eases record collected from 26 famous veteran doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM ）of treating taehyarrhythmia were input to the analysis software of proven cases, and varclus cluster analysis of the 38 kinds of drugs whose frequency were more than 10% were made with SAS software. These 38 kinds of medicine were divided into 9 catego- ries ： 1. semen boitae, astragalus mongholicus, ginseng, radix rehmanniae, prepared liquorice root ; 2. lilium brownie, stir - baked semen ziziphi spinosae, rhizoma anemarrhenae, radix polygalae, fructus gardeniae ; 3. crude dragon bone, raw oyster shell;4, radix ophiopogonis, radices paeoniae alba, schisandra chinensis; 5. se- men plantaginis, poria cocos, bighead atractylodes rhizome, semen lepidii, rhizoma alismatis ; 6. cortex moutan, codonopsis pilosula, cassia twig, pseudo - ginseng, angelica sinensis, golden thread ;7. pinellia ternate, rhizoma acori graminei, periearpium citri reticulatae ; 8. radix paeoniae rubra, flowers carthami, salvia miltiorrhiza, scutellaria baicalensis ;9. lignsticum waUichii, radix curcumae, fructus aurantii, radix bupleuri, radix sophorae flavescentis. Every categories of drugs corresponds with one syndrome or symptom of tachyarrhythmia. For the same type of syndrome or the same symptom of tachyarrhythmia, famous veteran TCM doctors usually use specified medicine group that include two kinds or more traditional Chinese medicine treating tachyarrhythmia habitually. The analysis results has certain guiding significance in clinical practice.
