王素梅教授运用“角药”治疗儿童抽动障碍共患病经验撷萃

摘　　要：角药是历代医家在长期遣方用药过程中累积起来的简约而精妙的经验总结,能很好地诠释中药"合群妙用"的特点。王素梅教授从事临床工作30余载,致力于儿童抽动障碍(TD)的临床与基础研究,经验丰富。随着近年临床研究发现,TD往往共患注意力缺陷多动障碍、遗尿等其他疾病。王教授在指导临床用药时,对TD及其共患病的治疗有独特的思路和见解,不仅专注于TD自身发病特点用药,对其共患病也针对性地遣药组方,以角药来治疗TD共患病,并取得了良好疗效。文中基于药对配伍的理论基础,将王教授用药规律进行了总结,并分析探讨了王教授所用角药的内涵,以期掌握儿童TD共患病的临床用药规律。The experience of combination use of herbs has been accumulated and summarized through thousands of years of TCM practice. Professor Wang Sumei has been working in clinical practice for more than 30 years, thus has rich experience in treating tic disorder（TD） in children. Recent study has shown that TD is often accompanied with ADHD, enuresis, etc. Pff. Wang has her own way of treating TD by not only focus on TD itself,but also treat its relating diseases, and has achieved good efficacy. This paper summarizes Prof. Wang＇s experience in the using of herbs, and discusses the meaning of the combination, hoping to master the rules of medication of treaing TD.
