摘  要:目的研究银翘散对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的保护作用。方法以亚洲流感病毒甲型鼠肺适应株(FM1)滴鼻感染Balb/c小鼠为动物模型,银翘散灌胃治疗。感染病毒1 d后开始给药,连续给药6 d。分别于攻毒后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13 d观察小鼠的状态,称重,取肺组织并称重,提取肺组织总RNA,反转录,并进行Real-Time PCR(实时荧光聚合酶链式反应)等实验。结果银翘散组平均体重在各个时间点要高于模型组,可显著提高小鼠的生存率(P<0.01)降低肺指数(P<0.05),降低肺组织中流感病毒拷贝(P<0.05)。结论银翘散对流感病毒FM1株感染的小鼠具有保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of yin qiao san on influenza FM1 viral infection in the mice. Methods The animal models were prepared by nasal drops of FM1 in Balb/c mice. On the 1 st, 3rd ,5th ,7,h ,9th, 11 th and 13th days after detoxification therapy, the general states and body mass of mice were observed. The lung tissue was collected and weighted. The total RNA was extracted from lung tissue and tran- scribed reversely. The real - time PCR was conducted. Results In the yin qiao san group, the average body weight was higher than that in the model group at every time point, the survival rate of mice was improved sig- nificantly ( P 〈 0.01 ), the lung index was reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) and viral duplication in lung tissue was reduced (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Yin qiao san has the protective effect in FM1 infectious mice.
