摘 要:目的探究白芷、防风、紫苏叶,单味药及配伍后体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒活性追踪。方法将白芷、防风、紫苏叶分别提取,并进行两两配伍,将所得成分进行体外抗病毒实验,逐日观察细胞病变,病毒对照组细胞病变率达到90%,利用酶标仪测量其吸光度,得到治疗指数。结果白芷、防风、紫苏叶的抑毒指数分别为2.66、6.10、13.54,配伍后防风和紫苏叶的抑毒指数为20.63,其他效果均不明显。结论白芷、防风、紫苏叶配伍中,防风和紫苏叶共同作用效果最为理想。Objective To explore the in vitro anti - viral trace of single application and the compat- ibility of radix angelieae, radix saposhnikoviae and folium perillae. Methods The components were extracted from radix angelicae, radix saposhnikoviae and folium perillae for the compatibility in pairs. The in vitro anti -viral experiment was done for the obtained components. The cytopathic effect(CPF) was observed daily. In the virus control group,the CPF rate was up to 90%. ELISA was used to detect the absorbanee and get the treatment index. Results The toxic suppression indexes (TSI) of radix angelicae, radix saposhnikoviae and folium perillae were 2.66,6.10 and 13.54 separately. TSI was 20.63 in the compatibility of radix saposhnik- oviae and folium perillae. The effect of the other combinations was not obvious. Conclusion For the compat- ibility among radix angelicae, radix saposhnikoviae and folium perillae, the effect of the mutual action between radix saposhnikoviae and folium perillae are the best.
