亚甲蓝混合液肛周封闭联合硝矾洗剂熏洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察亚甲蓝混合液肛周封闭联合硝矾洗剂熏洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将80例慢性肛周湿疹患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各40例。对照组予亚甲蓝混合液肛周封闭;治疗组予亚甲蓝混合液肛周封闭联合硝矾洗剂(芒硝25 g,硼砂15 g,明矾10 g,冰片5 g)熏洗,每次20 min,2次/日。共治疗2周。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.00%和87.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。半年后随访,治疗组和对照组的复发率分别为7.89%和31.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚甲蓝混合液肛周封闭联合硝矾洗剂熏洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of peri - anal sealing of Methylene Blue Mixture combined with fumigation of Mirabilite - and - alums Wash in treating patients with chronic perianal eczema. Methods 80 patients with chronic perianal eczema were randomly divided by a random digits table method into treatment group and the control group, each of 40 cases. The control group were given peri - anal sealing of Methylene Blue Mixture. The treatment group were given extra fumigation of Mirabilite - and - al- ums Wash in,20 minutes each time,2 times a day. The components of Mirabilite - and - alums Wash are：mi- rabilite 25 g,borax 15 g,alum 10 g, borneol 5 g. The treatment course of two groups was two weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00% ,the control group 87.50%. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After six months of follow - up, the recurrence rate of the treat- ment group and the control group were 7.89% and 31.43 % respectively;there was significant difference be- tween two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of peri - anal sealing of Methylene Blue Mixture combined with fumigation of Mirabilite - and - alums Wash in treating patients with chronic pcrianal eczema was accurate, with low recurrence rate, thus is worthy popularizing.
