摘　　要：中国传统感恩思想以儒家伦理为基础,具有义务的绝对性、对象的特定性、价值的增值性、行为的至上性、形式的物质性和时间的延时性等特点。其中的糟粕对期权腐败的生成及其治理产生了不良的影响:义务的绝对性增加了官员违法犯罪的吸引力;行为的非对等性使受恩者敢于逾越理智和法纪的雷池,通过违法犯罪的途径进行报恩;对象的特定性使官员个人错误地成为感恩的收益对象;方式的物质性使向官员行贿成为感恩的常用手段;报恩的延时性造成了权钱交易的历时性,增加了查处的难度。期权腐败的形式貌似延期报恩,实质是即时腐败的变种,前提是对施恩和报恩的错误认知,根源在于对不当私利的贪婪追逐。因此,对中国传统感恩思想进行理性分析,取其精华,弃其糟粕,对于预防和惩治期权腐败具有十分重要的意义。Based on the Confucian ethics, Chinese traditional thanksgiving ideas have many characteristics, such as absolute-ness of paying obligations, specificity of the objects, incremental value of paying, supremacy of behavior, the pragmatic charac-teristics of forms and time delay. Residues of Chinese traditional thanksgiving thoughts generate bad influence for future cor-ruption and its treatment. Absoluteness of duties increase the attraction of offending the law; the asymmetry character con-tributes to the daring behavior of the benefited to go beyond reason and law;the material character of the methods helps make it a frequent way to show thanks;the delay in giving thanks results in delay of the trade of power and money, increasing the diffi-culty in these wrongdoings to be found. Future corruption shows the form as extension of gratitude but in actual fact is a muta-tion of corruption, the precondition of which is the wrong cognition of mercy and kindness, and the root lies in the pursuit of improper interests. It is necessary to make a rational analysis on Chinese traditional thanksgiving thoughts, and absorb what is best and discard the waste.
