摘　　要：文章利用2003-2012年长三角地区企业对149个国家(地区)海外直接投资项目数据,在引力模型的基础上从自由贸易协定以及双边投资协定等视角考察了长三角地区企业进行海外直接投资项目选址的决定因素问题。研究表明,自由贸易区协定的签订对长三角地区企业的海外直接投资有着显著的促进作用,同时长三角地区企业倾向于选择能源和科技资源丰裕的国家(地区)进行直接投资来摆脱资源约束的负面影响。为此,我国应该加快自由贸易区协定谈判的步伐,与美欧等尽快完成双边投资协议的谈判。此外,长三角地区企业海外直接投资的项目选址也受到东道国(地区)的地理位置、市场潜力等因素的显著影响。Based on the gravity model, this paper, from the perspective of free trade agreement and bilateral investment treaty, explores the location determinants of Yangtze River Delta region＇ s outward FDI by utilizing the data covering 149 countries or regions from 2003 to 2012. The research indicates that the signing of FTA significantly promotes the overseas direct investment of Yangtze River Delta region＇s firms. Moreover, Yangtze River Delta region＇s firms tend to choose the countries or regions which are abundant in energy and technology resources in order to bail out the negative effects of resource constraints. As a result, China should accelerate the pace of negotiations on the free trade agreements, while completing the bilateral investment agreements with the United States and Europe as soon as possible. In addition, the location choose of Yangtze River Delta region＇s outward FDI is significantly impacted by the host country or region location and market potential, etc.
