摘　　要：文章分别从不考虑价格变动影响和考虑价格变动影响两个方面对废弃电器电子产品处理企业的规模经济量进行了估算,并对其进行敏感性分析,结果显示基金补贴最敏感,拆解产物价值次之,在考虑价格变动情况下年固定成本总额和单台处理成本相对敏感,相关税金最不敏感。为此建议不断完善基金补贴政策,出台鼓励回收政策,引导处理企业向细分化发展,鼓励兼并重组。This paper estimates the scale of economy of waste electrical and electronic equipment （WEEE） processing enterprises from two aspects respectively （considering and not considering the impact of price changes）, and also makes the sensitivity analysis on both aspects. The results show that fund subsidies are the most sensitive, followed by dismantling product value. In the case of price changes, the total annual fixed cost and single processing cost are relatively sensitive, whereas related taxes are the least sensitive. Therefore, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as, continuing to improve the fund subsidy policy, introducing incentives to encourage recycling, guiding enterprises to make further subdivision and en- couraging enterprises mergers and acquisitions.
