摘 要:提出了一种应用于高功率领域的改进型谐振直流环节软开关逆变器拓扑,其直流母线上不设置串联辅助开关器件和谐振元件,有助于降低辅助谐振电路的损耗和提高效率。采用相平面分析法来研究拓扑结构的动力学行为。搭建了一台20 kW的试验样机,试验结果表明该软开关逆变器相比于硬开关逆变器,满载时的效率提高值不低于轻载时的效率提高值,有利于减小辅助谐振电路的能耗,保障电能的高效利用。One auxiliary switch is usually set on the DC bus of resonant DC link inverter, which will block the improvement of efficiency. That is also one reason why resonant DC link inverter was not applied in the high-power field. To solve the problem, this paper proposed an improved topology of resonant DC link soft-switching inverter applied in the high-power field. Auxiliary switches and resonant elements were not on the DC bus of the novel topology ,which is helpful to reduce the loss of auxiliary resonant circuit and improve the efficiency. In the paper,the phase-plane analysis technique was established for the novel resonant DC link inverter in order to study transient dynamics. A 20 kW test prototype was built. The experimental results demonstrate that the value of improvements in efficiency at full load is no less than that at light load. Therefore ,the proposed soft-switching inverter is beneficial to reduce the loss of auxiliary resonant circuit and ensure high power utilization ratio.
